Our patented MATOS® medical fridges are built in Europe and shipped worldwide. Over the last six years we have also developed and patented our own MATOS® Monitoring web-based technology for our customers to monitor and keep meticulous and robust records of their medical refrigerators.

We are the market leaders who have been supplying our range of Refrigerators and Freezers for 20+ years. 

All Pharmacy / Vaccine Grade Refrigerators are QCPP Approved and certified.

Extended Warranty

Rollex Medical offer a 3 Year Extended Warranty if you sign up for our Preventative Maintenance Programme. The Preventative Maintenance Programme also entitles you to FREE telephone support for any adjustments to the refrigerator/freezer that may be required from time to time.

Your Extended Warranty is valid for three years covering all Parts and Labour providing that:

• Preventative Maintenance is carried out annually during the warranty period
• A Power Surge Protector or Uninterrupted Power Supply is fitted to protect the unit
• A completed Warranty Document is filled out and returned to Rollex Medical (NZ) Ltd

If the conditions above are not carried out, then the standard warranty of 12 months from date of purchase applies.

Finally and most importantly when you do decide to purchase a refrigerator: from Rollex Medical, you will be dealing with a company who has nationwide sales and service and also offers regular annual service contracts to support the system you purchase.
